Paddock Farms Civic Association

About Us

In 1990, some neighbors got together to improve Paddock Park. They wanted to install lights and new playground equipment.

Haverford Township agreed to fund 1/2 the cost of the improvements if the neighbors could fund-raise the other 1/2 of the cost.

The PFCA was formed as a vehicle to collect contributions for the park improvements. The neighborhood responded to requests for donations and PFCA was able to come up with their 1/2 of the cost. The lights and equipment were installed.

PFCA held a 4th of July celebration in the park that year and this event continued for many years.

The founding officers of the Paddock Farms Civic Association were:

Karen Byrne-President, Natalie Jobson-Vice President, Steve McWilliams-Vice President, Ginny Ogg-Treasurer, Karen Celia-Secretary, Camille DeMarco-Assistant Secretary.
